Well, sort of, I finished piecing the top. Turned out pretty nice. Now I have to get backing material because I don't have enough fabric left after rearranging the what's left pieces I was given. I have some batting I can use and then the instructions say, "machine quilt. You might want to take a class before you start."
No time for that. Heading down to Southern Virginia for a client meeting tomorrow. Weather is cool, but no precipitation expected, so it should be an easy drive down and back.
I will be thinking of quilting designs the whole way down.
The tree skirt looks great! I thought that it would be rather dull, just seeing the pieces you had to start with, but it turned out quite handsomely!!
