Fangshan Restaurant is a Time-Honored Restaurant, national Special Grade Restaurant and a Five-Starred restaurant features for its royal style dishes.

Located at the building of Yilan Hall and Daoning Palace, which were built during Qianlong Reign of Qing Dynasty in Beihai Park, boasting a history of over 80 years. Fangshan Restaurant was established by some royal chef's from the roayal kitchen in 1925.

The name "Fangshan" means to prepare dishes in the style of royal kitchen.
