I am going to do 20 25-patch (5x5) blocks set on point and alternating with plain squares in either barn red or warm brown. Each of these multi-color blocks will be outlined with a one inch black or dark brown or dark red frame.
Each will be different. I cut 300 individual 2.5" squares last night and started to put them into final blocks. I will need to cut 200 more to have enough for a queen-sized quilt.
Hours of fun, fun, fun.
